Produced by the team behind the renowned Star Tribune 100 report, which identifies the top-performing public companies in Minnesota, the Top Workplaces accolade highlights companies that excel in employee engagement, organizational health, and satisfaction. The rankings are based on feedback from 149,176 employees across Minnesota’s public, private, and nonprofit sectors.
Capitol Lien achieved 26th in the Small company category, based on survey data compiled by Energage, an independent firm specializing in employee engagement and retention. Companies must employ more than 50 individuals in Minnesota to qualify for the Star Tribune Top Workplaces.
