What do you do at Capitol Lien?
I am an abstractor that does research on property records and compiles reports on my findings.
What is the best part about your Capitol Lien career?
Making our customers happy by being able to provide accurate and timely information with quick turnaround times.
How did you get into this industry?
Through a family member in the industry.
What was your first-ever job?
Selling shoes at Mervyn’s California, inside Rosedale Mall.
What did you want to be when growing up?
A pilot.
Where would your dream vacation be?
Bali, Indonesia. A trip that I had booked and was sadly canceled during the pandemic.
What is your favorite meal/food?
Burritos, endless variety in options for fillings.

What have you gained since working at Capitol Lien?
Knowledge of the real estate industry and this side of things many people don’t think about. Also, experience and confidence in my ability to do accurate research.
What is your favorite service/product we offer to our clients and why?
30-40yr real estate searches. They give the most in-depth picture of a property, and are interesting to research.
