Please contact us to confirm that a Notary Public will be available on the day you need service.
The fee for notary public services is $5.00 for each notarial act per Minnesota Statute 357.17.
Mobile notary services will incur additional charges for travel.
Please note:
• Staff will not notarize wills.
• Staff cannot advise on forms, documents or notarial acts to be used.
• Staff may not notarize original birth, death or marriage certificates.
• Patrons must provide a government-issued ID to receive notary services.
