  1. What have been some of the most important lessons you’ve learned throughout your career? Some important lessons I have learned throughout my experience are to slow down, read through orders a few times if needed, and always look back on the cloud info tool or any notes as required. Very simple but effective.
  2. Share a professional success story that you’re proud of. Since I am very green to this industry, I think my professional success story is simply taking in everything we do as a company and why we do it.
  3. How do you think your role has helped to shape your team’s culture? I believe, and I hope, that my role has helped our team by taking some orders off their hands and giving them more time to focus on anything else.
  4. What do you love most about your job and why? What I love about my job most is that it allows me to have an excellent work-life balance. After being a stay-at-home mom for ten years, I can now help provide financially and still be home with my kids.
  5. What techniques help you stay organized and productive? I am a note-taker! I rely on notes daily to help me stay organized.
  6. What do you love to do in your free time? In my free time, I love hanging out with my family, shopping, binge-watching anything on Bravo, and supporting my girls at all their dance competitions and shows.
  7. What is your greatest accomplishment? My greatest accomplishment has been being a mom to 4 beautiful, intelligent, and talented girls.
  8. What did you want to be when growing up? Growing up, I always wanted to be an interior designer.
  9. What’s a cause that you are passionate about? A cause that I am passionate about is called The Elizabeth Watt PDCD Research Fund. This organization helps to fund money on research for the disease PDCD, which is very near and dear to my heart.
  10. Do you have any pets? I have one dog named Sig- he is a pocket pittbull
