This year, there was a record number of nominations, resulting in 25 more companies meeting the criteria of being designated as a Star Tribune Top Workplace. Star Tribune’s Top Workplaces were selected from the results of an employee survey conducted by partner Energage that measures engagement, organizational health, and job satisfaction. Capitol Lien has been ranked #8 overall in the Top 10 Small Employers category. The results will be showcased in the 12th annual Top Workplaces special section published at StarTribune.com and in the June 20 Sunday Star Tribune.
