Capitol Lien’s Response to COVID-19

Like everyone, we have closely followed the developing situation with the COVID-19 coronavirus pandemic.

Since safety above all is important to us, Capitol Lien is doing what we can in being proactive to keep our employees, clients, and community healthy and safe. The staff at Capitol Lien is taking this very seriously and we are proactively taking extra precautions to reduce the spread of the virus while also following our Business Continuity Plan (BCP). As many businesses have been doing, we continue to comply with and enforce recommendations from the CDC.

As of now, Capitol Lien is not closing, we are conducting business as usual.

We will be able to process orders with standard turnaround time unless our
research/results are affected by closing or delays of jurisdictions outside our control, in this situation, your research coordinator will communicate any delays with you.

All staff will work remotely whenever possible as they already have the resources needed to do so. Face-to-face meetings will be replaced with teleconferencing whenever possible.

We will continue to monitor developments and communicate with our clients regarding pending orders when necessary.
