Searching the famous Tempel Lipizzans Old Mill Creek In Antioch over 6300 arces of land. It took over 2 months and still not over it and not even a horse ride.
What’s your favorite part about collaborating with your team?
Enjoying personal stories, work ideas , laughing at chains of title
What do you love most about your job and why?
Working for Capitol Lien the support from co-workers is outstanding, I also love the 30 second commute to my office.
What’s one tool or resource you couldn’t do your job without?
My Gel pen and my sister, who is also in the title business and has trained me from day one.
What do you love to do in your free time?
I love to bike as far as i can go, getting in the car, seeing the land and gardening watching my veggies grow.
What book or podcast has left a lasting impact on you?
Wiser Than Me with Julia Louis-Dreyfus. Listening to Iconic older women , their lived experiences and wisdom.
If you won the lottery tomorrow, what’s the first thing you’d do?
Buy farm land to save misfit animals.
What’s a small, everyday thing that brings you joy?
Morning coffee, evening martini 🙂
