Q: What do you do at Capitol Lien?
A: A large amount of my days at Capitol Lien are dedicated to handling many comprehensive, multi-jurisdictional searches. Working with the Courts and Corporate Service Departments I stay constantly busy with tons of searches nationwide, keeping me on my toes. I pride myself on knowing the nuances of each jurisdiction. I also help oversee the department with Lisa Stalberger which makes our teams run smoothly.
Q: What is the best part about your Capitol Lien Career?
A: The work is always different so it never gets boring and the ability to work from home is super amazing!
Q: How did you get into this industry?
A: I answered a newspaper ad for “Customer Service Representative” at a competing company. The job description intrigued me so I went in for an interview. After seeing what it involved, it sounded so neat, so I took a chance and accepted the job. I worked at the other company for 12 years before jumping over to Capitol Lien (best decision I ever made!).
Q: What do you do in your free time?
A: Binge on Netflix!
Q: What was your first-ever job?
A: I was a dishwasher at a little café in Hastings, MN.
Q: What did you want to be when growing up?
A: A personal shopper/designer – I love shopping so much and decorating.
Q: What’s something most people don’t know about you?
A: I actually am quite a hermit and really do not like going out or being around a lot of people.

A: Thus far I have gained so much confidence, way more knowledge, and many life-long friendships!

A: Database Direct is great! The system is so user-friendly and easy to maneuver. I feel that our results are so easy to decipher. I use it daily and it’s such a time saver!!
